I love her attitude and general outlook. I really felt for her having no idea that losing a colon and gaining extra baggage was a possibility. I, at least, knew what was coming. I've had several life threatening experiences in my life and feel humor is the best medicine and way of coping but with my stomach sometimes it's hard to find the funny. Sheila helped me do that. Also gave some good ideas about travel which I live to do but had figured we'd have to curtail. Good to know there are work arounds. This is a good quick read especially for a newbie osteomate.Product details

I had expected some insight into the world of an ostomy, but didn't get it. Instead I got two sentences per page. I got more information on the leaflet in the doctors office.
This is a light hearted look at having a stomach and the ups and downs of having one. Good read
